I work with individuals, couples and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, and relationship issues.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space for you to explore what’s happening and work toward lasting change.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other.
We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have about the process.
Standard sessions are 55 minutes long.
Clients start with weekly sessions, which helps build consistency and trust.
Yes! I offer secure online video sessions for clients located anywhere in Maryland.
Online therapy is private, convenient, and just as effective as in-person work for most clients.
I offer in-person sessions on a case by case basis.
Self pay rates are $200 per session.
Payment is due at the time of the session.
I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards
I am (in-network / out-of-network) with certain insurance providers.
If I am out-of-network, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate.
Yes. Everything you share in therapy is strictly confidential, with a few exceptions required by law (for example, if there is risk of harm to yourself or others). Your privacy and trust are very important to me.

It depends on your goals and needs.
Some clients come for a few months to address a specific issue, while others continue longer for deeper personal growth.
We’ll check in regularly to review your progress.
That’s completely okay! Many clients are new to therapy. You don’t have to know exactly what to say, we’ll go at your own pace. Therapy is a space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
